hello once again….its been forever since ive blogged, well the semester is almost over and then just 3 semesters left of school then im done….more good news, today is my birthday and i am now 21 years old….gonna be a good day…well thats all i have for now
Well three finals down and one to go….so far everything seems to be going good….hopefully my GPA will be ok after this semester….i cant wait for summer to get here…ready to be home….riding 4 wheelers….late night hunting and bbqing all summer long….i guess the only bad this is now I need to find a job but I don’t think that it will be that hard…..back to school all I really now is that this semester and year flew by….it seems like just yesterday I was moving into my dorm for the fall semester….but overall it was a good year…had some struggle but they just opened my eyes and made me have to try harder….hopefully from here on out it will get better being that I am going to begin taking my management classes….no more of this pre requ stuff….learning things that are not going to help me in the future…well that’s all I have for now…..peace
Well the last week of school is finally upon us…and im sure it is going to be tough….i have to test today and they just happen to be my hardest….o well I guess….better to get them over with as soon as possible….i have two tom. And 1 on Thursday and then after that im done and out of here….this past weekend was pretty eventful…my brother came and spent it with me and it started out pretty rough for him….his truck broke down as soon as he got into midland…come to find out his idler bearing broke and me and him are not the best of mechanics…my dad is the one who usually does all that for us…I guess that is are fault for never watching him whenever he does mechanic work outside…we sat there for about 4 hours when by the grace of God a man shows up and offers to help us….he did everything for us and wouldn’t let us pay him….he was a angel in my mind cause not everyone will drop everything and do that for a complete stranger…once we got back on the road, we finally made it to Odessa….and later on that night we went to watch the new nightmare on elm street…pretty good movie….made me jump a couple of times….i am just so used to the old freddy kreuger movies with Robert englund, it just wasn’t the same….the guy they had playing him did a pretty good job tho….after the movie we came back and managed to catch the end of the ranger mariner game…it was the top of the 11th and the score was 0-0 pretty exciting game….at one point it seemed to come to an end when they had a runner on third and it was obvious that a squeeze when coming, and with ichiro on third, we almost knew the game was over…but the guy batting for some reason pulled back and the bunt and with ichiro flying down the third baseline….matt treanor managed to get him at the last moment….the rangers ended up winning…..for the rest of the weekend I think all me and my brother did was eat….but it was really good having someone since im always alone so it was pretty depressing having him leave and im all alone again…but o well ill be out for summer at the end of this week so hopefully all will be well with my classes and I can enjoy my summer….well that’s all I have for now….
Hello everybody once again…sry I have been a stranger to my blog…these last weeks of classes can be pretty hectic….well the last week of regular classes has finally come to an end now it is time for the dreaded finals weeks….i have two finals on Monday, two on Tuesday, then I wrap it up on Thursday….so its gonna be pretty busy but if I can make it past the first two it should be smooth sailing…I decided to stay in odessa this week because I know that if I go home I will not study….i prolly wont study here either but I have a better chance too….my brother is coming up here today so this weekend wont be too bad….im finally kind of back to normal after getting my appendix taken out….last two weeks I could hardly even move and now I am able to do pretty much everything I used to…still have to take it easy but im glad I can move around and get up a lot better….with summer coming up it will be good to be home but I will have to find a job and that will be interesting…but it will be good to be home…well that’s all I have for now….
Well im finally back to school and attempting to work…still pretty sore from my surgery but its just gonna take some time for me to be fully recovered….im trying to hard to get back to where I was and sometimes I over do it and it really gets to me….i had up to ten days off but with finals coming up right around the corner…I figured I better get myself back to class and try to finish out the semester strong….as of right now I believe I am doing good in all my classes…hopefully all A’s and B’s…but we will see when the semester end….finally got my account paid off for the spring semester so I was able to get registered for my classes…I am going to take 15 hours and I am starting on my business core classes….hopefully I can do my best in these classes and bring my GPA up even more…well that’s all I have for now….peace
hello everybody…..sorry i have been neglecting my blog forawhile but i have had an interesting event that has grounded me from doin almost anything…..this past sunday night/monday morning….around 12:45 monday morning i had a very awkward pain in my side….i tossed and turned all night trying to sleep it off and finally around 5 i decided there was something that needed to be done…i finally came to the conclusion that i may have appendicitis….i had my friend javier take me to the ER…and once i got there and after 4 hours…blood tests and two cat scans…i had appendicitis…..they got me into surgery as soon as possible…the anastesia was prolly the coolest thing every in a time span of about 5 seconds i was in and out of surgery….when i finally came too and was situated in my room my parents showed up and it was really good to have them there….i spent the night in the hospital and got out the next afternoon….the next two days were the hardest because i could barely move and could only sleep on my back and i would get the biggest headaches and couldnt sleep…i love to toss and turn and now i cant…but all is getting better now…i am able to sleep better and get around better….i hope that being out this whole week will not get me backed up in my classses but i do not believe i had anything big going on so i will see once i get back to class on monday….well thats it for now…good to be back in commission now…peace
Well it’s the end of another week and another week closer to summer….please hurry up….overall my semester has been going pretty good…I am passing all my classes which is a good thing and I believe my grades are all A’s and B’s….i got my calculus test back and I made a 97 on it….highest grade in the class so I was pretty excited about that…I also studied really hard for it and did a lot of worksheets that really helped me out….Easter Sunday is this weekend and I get to read at Easter mass so that will be really cool…don’t really know if my familia has any big plans but I am sure I will find out when I get home….hopefully me and my friend Kyle can get our bbq pit done this weekend…we have been slacking with it big time and that is why it isn’t finished but it was also way to cold and muddy to work on it during spring break….well that’s all I have for now….better get back to work even though there is really not a whole lot to do…peace
Well it’s the first week back from spring break and it feels like that I have been out of school forever….this week is going pretty good…nothing to much to complain about other than I forgot to do my accounting homework…I wasn’t to thrilled about that but my day got a lot better….im actually understanding everything that is going on in my business calculus class…I have a test in there next Monday so I better get a good study in for it because I really need to pass it…falcon day is coming up this Saturday and that should be really fun….we have about 300 people coming so tours should be a blast…(not really)…but o well we will get through it like we always do…school is coming to an end really fast and I think that I am doing in ok in all of my classes…a lot better than I was last semester….well that’s all I have for now…be back soon
well spring break is coming to an end and i have yet to blog so here it is….overall it has been a pretty good spring break…it snowed on monday which was pretty strange being that it is march but this is west texas so anything is possible…havent really gotten a whole lot done on our bbq but its nice to take a break from it…on a better note i got a brand new 4 wheeler yesterday…its a 2010 polaris 550 and it is awesom…all wheel drive electric power steering…it has it all and i love it…well thats all i have for now …gonna go ride some more…peace
Spring break is almost here and im pretty excited….a whole week off for school should be pretty nice to….give me some to time unwind and get things back to normal….things have still been pretty slow here around the office….i have given two tours this week and one was 2 and half hours long…my longest tour so far…but it was a private tour and that is why it lasted as long as it did…don’t really have to many plans for spring break just go home and work on our smoker…should get it to cooking capability this weekend and hopefully we can try and cook something…we still have a lot of little things to get done on…we need to paint it and add the wood box but other than that we almost got her….well that’s all I have for now…im to excited for spring break to come around to right anymore…see yall later.
